Information You Provide to Us

- medical practice
- doctor’s name
- comments or messages provided in free text boxes

Do Not Track Disclosure

For example, our Websites may link to a Facebook page for Reese’s Pinworm. If you share any of your Personal Information through a public forum, this information could be read by anyone. Using the same email address associated with your Website use, simply type the words “WITHDRAW CONSENT” in the subject line of your email. Upon receipt of such a withdrawal of consent, we will confirm receipt and proceed to stop processing your personal data.
